Privacy Policy

Contact form submissions.

If you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever message you send. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and isn't shared outside TMG except as needed to do that.

Newsletter and training signups.

If you sign up for Git & Grace or the AI training series, we collect your email address to send those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Scheduling.

If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, and the details of that scheduling request directly. That happens on Calendly's platform under Calendly's own privacy policy, not ours, we don't control or store that data ourselves beyond what Calendly shares with us to conduct the call.

Website analytics.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: which pages get viewed, how long people stay, general location data (city or region level, not precise), and similar aggregate patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. This data is anonymized and aggregated, we don't use it to identify individual visitors.

Automated traffic and AI crawler logging.

This site logs certain technical information about requests it receives, including IP address, user-agent string (which browser or automated tool made the request), the page requested, and the response returned. This is used to understand how AI systems and automated crawlers interact with the site, separate from human visitor analytics. IP addresses collected this way are automatically deleted or anonymized after 30 days. This data isn't used to identify or track individual people, its purpose is understanding traffic patterns from automated systems, not human visitors.
