AI Transparency Notice

What This Is
We use AI tools to deliver custom AI systems across weddings and events, hospitality, and operations work. This page explains how.
Most firms bury this in legal language. We think that defeats the purpose. So here are straight answers about what AI does in our workflows, what it doesn't do, and who's accountable.
AI handles the repetitive work. Humans make the decisions that affect people's careers. Always.
How We Use AI
Here's the list.
- •Workflow automation platforms and AI agents for candidate sourcing, scheduling, and outreach sequences, running across client implementations.
- •Large language models for drafting job descriptions, email templates, and documentation. Every draft gets edited before it goes anywhere.
- •Data analysis tools for pipeline reporting and process optimization. The AI spots patterns and a person decides what to do about them.
- •Building prototypes and dashboards during implementation projects
Nothing goes to a client or candidate without human review first. The workflows enforce it.
A few examples. Our candidate outreach sequences always queue for review before any message sends. When we build screening workflows, the AI agents surface candidates and a person decides who moves forward. The AI never decides who gets cut. Client reports generated from pipeline data always go through a quality review because numbers without context tell you nothing useful.
Human Oversight
AI shouldn't make decisions on behalf of clients or candidates. It should only suggest people. That's what people-centered and AI-forward means to us.
We could automate rejection emails but we don't. Every candidate deserves a person behind that decision.
What the tools look like in practice.
- •Human review on all AI-assisted materials before delivery
- •Documentation of which tools touched which outputs
- •Clear separation between AI drafts and approved finals
Data and Privacy
We never use client data or candidate PII with consumer AI tools. When building automations that handle sensitive data, we follow strict compliance, data processing, and privacy policies to ensure proper data processing and management.
Two rules.
- •Explicit consent before any personal data goes into a third-party system
- •No candidate data for AI training purposes ever
