Travis founded The McBurney Group on that observation. Over 20 years across weddings and events, hospitality, and operations, including producing more than 300 events, he watched the same pattern repeat regardless of the operation, and TMG exists to break it. The firm builds custom AI systems and advises on AI strategy so the people who carry a business can spend their time on the work only they can do.

AI at TMG works as a digital coworker, a system that takes on the repetitive and high-volume work so the people around it can focus on the decisions that require judgment.
